Not enough seating

Good location and good working wifi, especially since I didn’t have phone service there. Hot water in the shower and good lighting by the bathroom mirror.

Heater did not work so it was cold in the room the whole time. No breakfast was served.

Local establishment. Not a chain motel.Great bar!

Too much "junk" around the property

Location and ambiance. You could take a small walk and go see the river. They had comfy beds.

It was a little over run with brush so more buggy. The whole area just needed cleaned up old hook ups for stuff still in the ground.

Very friendly owner, clean room, and comfy beds.

Bathroom was in the middle of construction with no hot water. Water filters (iron removal), new showers, etc. would improve it.

Zero things....this was a case of "the online was not what we drove into"

Uncle Nic got my $374 in early June per the payment plan. Had the outdoor pictures of the facility MATCHED what we saw when we drove in...reservations would have NEVER been made here. We have stayed in some pretty shady looking places but this was no comparison. The photos and the description seemed welcoming...if construction is happening with a business hotel/motel....then it should be stated. It's hard to believe the pictures of the rooms are presented correctly if the outside is not. I did not contact the business because a confrontation over the standards they represented online vs how upset I was with the reality would have not been pretty. Enjoy the $374....I hope this review can spare someone else the loss. And NO, the establishment did not bother trying to contact me either tv...I have more pictures of how bad the area looked where rooms and parking are but it only allows 4
