Only Ms Hasna was very supportive and a good smiling lady. She has very good mannerisms. And very polite and understanding.

But the other lady she didn't support me to extend my room. And when I requested her to extend my room she said not available and rudely said to check out on the spot. I asked her half an hour to pack up my things and she said she will charge me late check out fees upon that. Very disappointed

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room. Water and kettle provided. Comfy beds and pillows.

Shower room a bit small. Could hear street noise as was at front of building. However wasn't an issue for me sleep wise.

Прекрасное место расположение. С одной стороны море, а со входа, кафешка и массажный комплекс. Дружелюбный персонал, нам очень помогала Фатима, большое ей спасибо. В номере кондиционер, душ совместный с туалетом, с водонагревателем,работало всё хорошо.Номер на троих был с окном.

Отель расположен на 2 этаже и конечно поднимать чемоданы очень тяжело, лестница очень крутая. В номере нет шкафа и негде сушить бельё( те же купальники) И конечно номер для троих маловат. Но мы дамы не притязательные, поэтому всё хорошо.
