"Für die Durchreise für eine Nacht völlig ok"

Großes Zimmer mit guten Matratzen sowie Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Sehr rustikales Frühstück in großer Portion

Wir haben erst mal das falsche Hotel nebenan angesteuert und dann den Eingang zur Rezeption erst nach einigen Minuten gefunden. Von den div. Mitarbeiterinnen konnte nur eine Person Englisch - Google hat uns geholfen

"Rezerwacja pokoju z TV bez TV. Oszukaństwo."

Odnowiony pokój choć nie do końca.

Zostałem oszukany. Zarezerwowałem pokój z myśla o duzym TV. Po przyjeżdzie okazalo sie że TV w pokoju nie ma. Na moje pytanie o Tv obsluga zaragowala mowiac ze pokój jest po remoncie ale jeszcze nie ma tv bo nie zdązyli zainstalować. Oczywiscie rachunek opiewał na cala kwotę- nie dostałem zniżki a recepcja poinformowała mnie ze nie ma mozliwosci zmiany pokoju. Gdybym wiedzial wczesniej nigdy bym nie przyjechał. I nie przyjadę już więcej. Poza tym pokoj nie byl do konca posprzątany po remoncie. Jak przejechałem ręka po parapecie byl caly zakurzony.
