Canto do Rio Pousada

Essa foi uma das melhores pousadas em que já me hospedei. A simpatia e atenção dos proprietários Lorenzo e Márcia é incrível. O quarto era muito confortável, com quantidade suficiente de cobertores para aguentar o frio que estava fazendo e foi uma das primeiras pousadas com número suficiente de tomadas para a quantidade de equipamentos que eu viajo e que as pessoas têm nos dias de hoje. Café da manhã delicioso. A pousada toda é muito charmosa, bem cuidada. Só tenho elogios para a pousada.

Não há pontos negativos para a pousada e seus donos.

Everything was superb at this little gem of a place. The location is perfect, right by the end of a no-exit street and next to Rio São Francisco, a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, prepared with care and samples of the local cuisine - which is fantastic, too. Rooms are basic and on the small side but absolutely clean and comfortable. The town is a great hub to explore Serra da Canastra in full, and although it's only a city with 2,000 people, it feels well-run and immaculate. The best of my stay at Pousada Canto do Rio was its owners: Lorenzo and Marcia live there, which makes all the difference. Their hospitality is simply unbeatable, and their genuine care for their guests is very noticeable from the moment you get to know them. This place is a hidden gem in the region, and you won't regret giving it a try.
