O apartamento tem dimensões bem generosas com cerca de 40 m2, divididos em quarto, banheiro e sala/cozinha. O café da manhã servido num ambiente bem agradável, é simples mas bem feito, com sucos, frutas, pães, frios e bolos deliciosos. Gostei da localização, uma área bem ampla e arborizada que fica próxima a praia mas longe da agitação e do burburinho noturno. A Joelma é uma anfitriã muito prestativa.

O banheiro é muito mal resolvido; tem dimensões reduzidas até para pessoas de porte médio e com o agravante de ter uma porta camarão de difícil manuseio. O sofá da sala é horrível, não serve p/ dormir nem sentar.
