O café da manhã, jantar e lanche da tarde são excelentes. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos.

Fiquei com receio de deixar o veículo na rua, mas deu tudo certo. A rua é sem saída e com imóveis de grande porte ao redor, bem pacífico o local.

Over the phone, the staff was friendly and warned us that the place was not appropriate for elderly people because of the steep stairs leading to the rooms and breakfast area. When I arrived there, however, with my mom and sister and their assistant, I was coldly greeted and asked to pay the 50 percent part of the payment immediately, even though I asked if I could lead them to their rooms first and do it later. I took a deep breath and proceeded to initiate the payment using my phone to use the PIX method of money transfer. The internet signal was not good and after trying several times, the connection was unstable and it was not successful. Even witnessing this, two ladies were looming over me waiting for a 50 percent transfer of money. I felt like they did not trust me. It was very uncomfortable. I asked if I could do it later and they refused and said it had to be done during the check in process. Well, I said," I will try using my credit card then". They said I could not pay using a credit card. I had to show the email from Booking.com explaining that I could pay by money transfer, Pix OR a Credicard. They clearly did not like it but brought the credit machine and I paid the fee for two nights. The vibes were so weird that we decided to leave the following day, even though we had paid for two nights.
