It was so cosy and very quirky, and quite with good facilities. Staff couldn’t do enough very accommodating. Food was amazing and great value for money . Breakfasts very filling and tasty you can tell some food was local sourced

"Ravenstonedale is a hidden gem"

The FRENCH toast at breakfast was the star menu item. I've never had this at any other hotel or restaurant. I used to make it myself in my youth. It is akin to American pancakes breakfasts and a star offering.

Creaking bedroom floors, but what can you expect in an old traditional English pub.
