• Housekeeping started cleaning at 8:45 am even though check-out was at 10:00 am; we were woken by the sound of a vacuum cleaner right outside our door. • One side of the double mattress had broken springs. My wife took that side so I could rest as the driver, and she woke up with back pain. • No disposable slippers were provided. • We paid €61 for a very small double room, while larger rooms (with two double beds or four single beds) were also €61, which doesn’t seem fair.
