Lukewarm water. Terrible to shower. Was reported, but no positive result after promise to rectify. Brown stained mugs. Kitchenette without a kettle. No tea cloths. No freezing compartment. Breakfast very basic and no milk. Tariff overpriced by at least 50%. Burnt hole in couch.
