Gostei de tudo pousada maravilhosa recomendo

La vista desde la habitación.

El restaurante cerraba 19hs y a veces solo te cocinaban para comer.en la habitación. No funcionaba la WiFi.

Achei o a acomodação com alguns problemas estruturais. O botão pra ligar a hidro era um disjuntor, oferencendo risco aos hóspedes. O quarto estava cheio de durex grudado nas paredes, mostrando falta de atenção com a limpeza. Tinha um varal dentro do banheiro! O restaurante apresentou pratos que não estavam disponíveis, foi informado q eram da outra pousada. A qualidade do peixe servido foi péssimo, era só espinho! Equipe despreparada para atendimento!

Not only did I fall through a wooden floorboard near the hot tub, Unfortunately they have an issue with their septic tank and the hot tub had a sewage smell coming from it once we turned the water on. In the morning the hot tub was covered in a brown film. We took photos and reported it to the concierge. They said they’ll clean the pipes and make sure it’s good to use. The next night our shower had the same issue. We also noticed drinks from the fridge at the restaurant also had a brown speckled residue. One wipe of a napkin left a lighter brown smear (they claimed this was cardboard). They did let us shower in a different room the night of the shower issue, but claimed it was wood from the humidity (idk how wood would get into the pipes) but that still doesn’t explain the sewage smell we also had on both occasions. They offered to “upgrade” us which was a kind offer, however the room was actually smaller with a smaller balcony (the bed was more comfortable).

The staff clearly also lied about this being the first time this issue was reported, check out previous booking.com reviews and you’ll see we aren’t the first in Room#12 (Praia do Gorilla) overlooking the pool that had the same exact issues.

The staffs were nice and very helpful.

We booked the room 12, but it had a pee smell, so we asked to change the room. We paid R$100 more for the room 2, which had ants all over the place, and when we turned on the jets of the jacuzzi, it had a bad smell which we needed to take a 2nd shower to take the smell out. There were cats walking around the property, they were lying on the sofa in the reception, on the pool chairs and while we were eating breakfast one of them also went there. The property and the rooms looked very nice from the website pictures, but in person it’s definitely different. The property is located inside of a condominium which you can just come in and come out by taxi, because the uber doesn’t have permission to come inside of the condo. Be prepared, 99% of the uber will go to you and say that they don’t take you to the places by the prices on the app, they will only accept to take you if you pay in cash or card outside of the app after canceling the ride on the uber app. That was something very uncomfortable as well. No soap, no shampoo or conditioner was in the room until I asked for it.
