We liked that Kuya Aljon is just on the next house. He could easily assist us if we have requests. Also there's a parking space for our rented car.

The road going to the place. It's a bit steep going down with rough road. Also you will have a hard time finding the way if you do not use maps.

We enjoyed our stay. The fully equiped kitchen was a bonus. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. It's 3km from centre and 3 km from bus terminal. But a local jeep costs only 15 pesos to get to main square. We woukd stay again

The apartment is clean, LOW price but WORTH more than the price. With private bathroom, Aircon and internet. Shared kitchen facilities with Ref, stove, electric kettle etc. Nearby convenience stores and bakery, transportation available with minimum fares going to Bus terminal and shopping malls. Free water. Attentive good staff.

No Hot Shower but you can boil water using the kitchen kettle. So it's still ok.

A quiet, clean and big room with A/C. Very friendly staff.

The property is not new

The property is relatively far from the busy city center, so I was happy with it's quiet and relaxed ambiance. The host was very responsive so I didn't have any trouble in checking-in and checking-out.

The pressure in some faucets (bathroom and kitchen) were not good. The aircon in the room produces some noise.
