Everything that you could need is close by but not in the middle of the city so it was nice and quiet most of the time I woke up by the chirping of the birds. Also they have a really big shared kitchen. Best thing is to get a scooter and just drive around, you will find beautiful locations just around every corner. Good water pressure.

The internet wasn't the best especially at night when everyone is connected to the Wi-Fi. Or when there was bad weather. The mattress was a little bit thin but I didn't mind. I always had a good sleep

Room very basic and kitchen/lounge area communal and very run down. No reception/ people around when you check in. Very out of the centre of town which was not expected

The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was also the use of kitchen facilities if you needed.

The price, JMC Residence is the cheapest in town. Though there is no front desk, the manager called my phone directly and met me at the entrance when I arrived and was very friendly and helpful.

A good distance out of town, though it wasn't difficult to catch a trike. If you cannot bathe without hot water you will not like it, since there is no hot water. I personally did not mind its the Philippines. Weather is warm already, cool water just wakes you up.

If you are looking for a budget place to stay in, this is a perfect one. The location is near the city mall and the itegrated bus terminal if you are going to commute. The room is spacious and there is a kitchen with utilities you can use for cooking. The wifi is also good.

The CR was a bit small and has no hot shower.

It’s pocket friendly and it also has complete facilities. Yes, you can find a cheaper place in Tagbilaran but mostly it’s a dorm-type or the facility is just not as complete. Also, friendly owner and staff.

Not enough well-covered rubbish bin in the property. There is one in the kitchen but once you put, for example, used food-container there, lots of ants would just come.

The owner's mom was really kind. It was the best! There is also a kitchen, dryer, and moped, so you can have a fulfilling time! Recommended as it is close to the port!

The room was clean with huge living area and a kitchen .A place you feel like home .It was so quite but a little distance to town but can easily access to trikes .The staff were very approachable and nice .Highly recommended if your looking for a little bit cheaper room than any around the area yet very worthy and exceptional .Thank you for having me 🥰

Service. The staff members were so nice especially Rose and Junjun. They were always there to give you a helping hand.

We have seen some tiny coach roaches inside the bathroom and a big flying one in the kitchen which my son was scared of.
