Deer Valley Trails

The staff at the lodge/restaurant were LOVELY!!! All of them! and the food was fantastic

The room was nicely appointed and clean! That said, the bed was very hard for my taste and our sheet was torn up at the top. There are many lights around the area which made me feel very safe, but while there were curtain rods, there were no curtain to block out the light so it was difficult to sleep. There was also a mouse in recessed light above the bed. While expected in super rural environments and there was NO evidence of any in or around the room itself, the little guy did keep me up.

I loved the layout of the rooms. Because of the low price I was not expecting much. It was amazing, clean, roomy, coffee, refrigerator, and great mattress. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff very pleasant. I can't say enough about what a great gem I discovered. Honestly

I wish I could have shut the outside light off. That's it.

From the manager to all of the staff they were extremely friendly, accommodating, attentive, and welcoming. Lovely setting in the Adirondacks. Gorgeous views, quiet environment, wonderful restaurant onsite, which makes it so convenient. Highly recommend Deer Valley Trails for a quick getaway.

The one thing would be nice is curtains to the addition of the blinds on the door to block out the automatic outside door light. Makes it bright in the room. Thank you

We went for the eclipse so it was busy but the staff was extremely professional and kind. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and in a beautiful location. The restaurant on site was good.

The worst part of our stay was the light outside the cabin ~ it was impossible to shut off at night and was much too bright (and there were no curtains only blinds on the door & window near the light. We also expected a refrigerator in the room and brought food with that in mind ~ not a big deal but we would have packed differently if we knew there wasn't a fridge.

Meals were great and a very friendly kind Staff!👍🏻😊

Unfortunately did not serve breakfast in the morning which was inconvenient

I love the remoteness, love that I don’t get cell service! Restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Room was nice and spacious, had everything we needed! The deer were also so cute :)

Our bed was very uncomfortable, it was very hard and springy.
