I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pousada Caminho da Serra in São Roque de Minas for three nights, and it was a delightful experience. In a serene location, the pousada is well situated close to the national park, making it a perfect base for exploring the natural beauty of the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was truly delicious, offering a variety of fresh, local flavors that provided a wonderful start to each day. The ambiance is one of its most charming aspects. It's quite silent, allowing for a restful environment. Despite its simplicity, the place exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff's attention to detail and warm hospitality added to the overall comfort of my stay.

While there is not much to complain about my stay, one minor point I'd like to mention is regarding the room view. Not all rooms offer a full view of the beautiful green landscapes surrounding the area. Unfortunately, our room was situated a bit close to the adjacent building, which meant we only had a partial view. However, this was a minor aspect and didn't significantly detract from our overall enjoyable experience at the pousada. The charm and comfort of the place more than made up for this small shortcoming.
