Excellent Host , explained us everything at the check in . The View from the balcony is breathtaking . Spacious rooms , comfortable bed

Rob, Vanessa (and Beau!) were so kind the entire stay. They wrote suggestions on what to do and where to eat, all of which all turned out to be great). They even lended me warmer clothes because we went up to the snow! We enjoyed playing cards and having a few beers at the in-house bar with them and the other guests. Breakfast was fabulous. The villa is a short walk to the town and although the walk is back up a hill it is a short walk and easy to do (even after an amazing burger from Herr Klaus)! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. View was incredible of the beautiful valley. Absolutely love our stay here. Highly recommend!

Awesome view from balcony, tasty breakfast, close to the city and very kindfull owners.

An absolutely gorgeous place. The Hosts - Vanessa and Rob are extremely helpful and welcoming. Rob has helped me when I had a logistical problem and thus saved a lot of time and money. The view from the balcony is charming at every time of the day. Sunsets and sunrises are particularly spectacular. The place offers a peaceful view of the valley with the glacier in the back. Breakfasts are good. The whole place is very quiet and peaceful. It was the best place we stayed at during our trip around Tirol. And I would definitely love to come again.

Great location, friendly owners, beautiful view, easy check-in

It was an amazing stay with an amazing view. The large windows and the mountain view balcony was perfect for enjoing the beautiful nature - Even on a rainy day. We got to extend our stay one night, with no problem. And then of course the breakfast is to be mentioned. Very delicious and served in a little cozy room with the majestic view.
