Property Notes

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method. Please note that the restaurant is located directly beneath the property, so there may occasionally be some cooking odors coming from the kitchen.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
