The quietness at night.

Mattress needs to be replaced, overflowing septic tank/drain facility below my window is not a nice view.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, tolle Veranda, gemütliche Einrichtung und bequemes Bett. Alles super und sehr empfehlenswert!

The staff is very friendly, but the facility is very outdated. It needs a bit of facelift

The gravel road from the main road was very bad. almost got stuck because the rain

The tour guide guy was very educative and knowledgably, kind and very patient oh and the food was very exceptionally nice and well presented with kind staff from the kitchen 10/10

The bed was not comfortable for a resort and i didn't like the blankies

The servant staff and tour guides were exceptional.

The management staff left a bitter taste in my mouth. I've been to Echo Caves many times over my lifetime, but that trip was the last.

The deck attached to the room and outdoor shower was nice.

Bathrooms were dated. Shower rose and kettle cord/base were missing the day we arrived.

Service

It's a great place to connect with nature and relax, it was very quite and we loved it.

The road to the the facility needs some work especially during rainy season.

Price is very cheap and still you can have an individual room.

First of all I have no complaints as the price was extremely low. However I think people who will be using this facility should note the following. The facility seems very old. Maybe from 70s or early 80s. It protects you from rain but not from heat. It seems it’s very friendly with nature and you can meet many kinds of insects in your room. Unwelcome ones were huge moth, centipede, and cockroach. Others, I was ok. At least not so many mosquitoes. But was very busy fighting with them. In addition you hear someone knocking on your roof, but that’s a monkey. Also they do not serve dinner so need to prepare your own or buy it at the restaurant before 15:30 and use the microwave in your room. The city is not so far but the gate closes at 7pm or so and in addition you have to drive 4km on dirt road (which is ok on dry day, but would suggest heavy duty 4WD after a rain). So, as a conclusion, I would say this is not a hotel but a luxury camp site. If your expectation is like that, I think you would be very happy with what you get for your money!
