"Very nice and comfortable place at a Historic building."

The location is excelent, in the city centre area. Good restaurant, next to it. Supermarket, convenience stores and pharmacy near by. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and big rooms. Will stay there again.

Location was excellent near restaurants and many shops. This is a nice boutique hotel in the center of town. Staff is great, hotel is very clean. I would definitely stay here again when back in Toluca. Strongly recommended.

Some towels need to be replaced but no cons really.

Only the location.

Very old and nothing like the photos advertising it. Also did get a suite as it was described as a separate living room and bed room. The place was old,and falling apart.

Location and the facilities were excellent

The room was pretty small and the bed wasn’t flat enough for me.
