"Good option in Toluca"

- friendly staff - very clean room - enough space - huge bed - fast WiFi - SmartTV - free water

- quite noisy at night (surroundings) (bring earplugs) - some of the electric sockets did not work (e.g. for the microwave oven) - no warm water from the sinks - the shower had hot water, but it was a bit challenging to regulate - one of the chairs fell almost apart when I moved it (Manager, please have it fixed) - the pillows are quite stiff and thick, I used the small back pillow instead
