"Disappointing"

Room is too small for 2 people. The air conditioner is leaking water, the dryer has no electrical outlet.

"Lots to improve."

View from the 4th floor was great. And also location right at the beach.

Cleanes of the places and also lot of worn surfaces. Staff didn't fix the door or the toilet paper holder, even we tell them about first day we arrive.

The staff were so lovely. I was there in low season and they upgraded my room which was really nice. The hotel was quiet and in a nice part of the beach. But like I said it was low season.

It's quite a walk to the main restaurant/bar area of the beach so you will walk a lot. But on there other hand you're in a less busy part... which I liked. Just something to be aware of. Some beach chairs/recliners would be really good.

The only positive thing is that its right in the beach and the stuff is kind

Rooms (beach suite) are full of rust, humidity, not the same as on booking pictures and the noise isolation is terrible - the next beach suite is divided with locked doors so you can hear when your neighboors are eashing hands literally

At last: A great hotel in the Philippines where you'd like to stay longer, and NO FLARES and troubles. :))) So extraordinarily good. In short: Service the friendliest and best ever. DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, just start walking north (rightwards) and keep on walking til the end of White Beach. You'll be happy and don't need more of Boracay. Superclose to the ferry port. That comes in very handy when returning there. Right next door: Austrian-German restaurant with really good food / reasonable price. Perfect to enjoy the sunset. Pool on 3/F, smaller than on pics, but good enough; similar to an infinity pool :) They let me stay and hang around after checkout (so helpful and saving my day) (from 12pm to 7pm) and called an e-trike later on. If you ever come to Boracay and are not on the highest budget - this is your choice. Go there! You'll be finally pleased for an ok price. 😁
