Beds were comfy

There were cockroaches in the toilet, the towels were ripped.

The pillows are a bit old and uncomfortable.

The room was too small, and the AC didn’t work

It’s a very accessible location.

The bath towels were not presentable enough. It has holes in it. The power outlet in the room is not enough for the guests, it’s limited. Lastly, the bathroom has no mirror at all. It’s supposed to have a mirror.

A terrible place, don't go near it! Not clean, you can't sleep in the rooms, don't go near it!! We couldn't sleep, the whole room was moldy, including the mattress, there was no air conditioner remote. Even for those looking for a cheap place to sleep, just don't go there!

The things that where lacking was supplemented by the amazing staff. They are all polite and always greet us with smile all the time. The measure of satisfaction was my quality of sleep and by far I slept well in the 3nights I was there. Be warned that old building has better room size than the new building. Pls provide full length mirror and clothes hanging rack.
