Fantastic friendly Hosts. Cannot do enough for you. Brilliantly clean room. Great comfy bed and bedding. Very quiet.

- Location was excellent for what we needed. Cheap car park just behind hotel (free on Sundays) - The staff were wonderful & the bar was so friendly - Rooms were basic but beds were very comfy!

They had a kettle with tea, coffee, milk, sugar in your room

Hosts were rude, room was small, had a go at me for smoking outside, walls were thin and sound travels and the plumbing is loud. Woken up many times in the night by other guests making noise or the plumbing going off whenever someone turned a tap on which seemed to go on all night, hosts were very rude, fine with guests coming back at 02:00 in the morning shouting and waking everyone up but go outside and smoke and get ready for them to have a go at you for smoking in your room, even before you've gotten to your room. When I finally got to go shower, wasn't clean, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The quality of the shower itself was terrible and no plug in the bath to use the bath. Very rude when I left, all I got as I walked away was them yelling out the window, oi wait, have you left the key?, no thank you, no you're welcome, no have a nice day, just an oi. Definitely need to learn people skills. Considering it's a known dodgy pub (selling drugs), you'd think they'd be politer but no.

Not much. Maybe that you can leave the Hotel via a back door, and can come back any time...

The cleanliness was ok in the hotel, but all the equipment was a thousand years old. Really 70's level and condition. No hairdryers, peeling plaster, mould stains in the shared bathroom, unblockable taps. Pictures do not correspond to reality. The room we received did not even have a closet. We suspected it was in the cheaper category, but the pictures were misleading as to the state of the place. The room had two beds (clean), kettle, unwatchable crappy TV, two mugs and nescafe + tea. One towel had a hair dye stain...
