This was the perfect place to stay for a week in PV - the owner was extremely friendly and helpful & the location was ideal for my trip (access to the beach, near the scuba diving shop, and lots of food options).

The room was very small but had all the amenities for a comfortable stay including air conditioning. Adriana was also very gracious in letting me occupy the room at no extra charge because of a late flight.

Thete were a great many instructions for occupying the room and the facilities which felt a bit controlling.
