"Hôte pas honnête"

On m’a informé que mon virement n’était pas passé ils m’ont donc demandé de payer en cash. En réalité le virement était bien passé j’ai donc payé deux fois mon séjour là bas! Je les contacte depuis un mois ils me disent qu’ils vont me rembourser mais en vain … pas honnêtes
