Big clean room. Close to the beach

Our room was next to childcare. So it was loud

The staff Is friendly and the location Is few steps to the beach. Can reach Nacpan beach with 5 minutes easy walk on the beach.

We booked 2 rooms, Number 1 and 2. Room 1 was good, clean, wifi works well, good hot shower and air conditioned. Room 2 very bad: no air conditioned, bad smell, impossible to sleep well inside. Onestly hard to understand the difference on reservation made on booking. I never book without AC if It was clear.

It's close to the beach, however there is a lot of trash on the beach as well as biting sandflies, so you have to go to the next beach over (Nacpan) if you want to relax.

The room didnt look like the pictures! No windows, no shelving, little floorspace. It's an airless room with thick cement walls that feels like being in a prison cell. Rooms are around the bottom-back of a giant building under construction. There is no reception, no front desk, no water dispenser, or anything for that matter: you need to go get your room key from the neighboring hotel's reception. The reception there can't help if you have a problem with your room, as they say Franswa is not their hotel. You ask about the manager and there is no manager on sight and no way of calling him. You need staff for a hotel! The AC doesn't work well and electricity is linked to the key so you will always come back to a hot room that can't cool down fully. The rooms are right next to a swamp so don't really want to hang around outside where the tables are because of all the mosquitoes from the swamp. We killed about 10 mosquitoes in our room when we got in but I still got bitten all over by something in the night, and found a large spider under my suitcase. The hotel next door (Dandal Bay View Inn) has an AC room for 1/10th of the cost and provides reception and breakfast; just to show how overpriced Franswa Inn is for the Philippines.

Was a nice room with a nice bathroom. There was beach access and it was a good place to relax.

It was quite difficult to get around but you can rent bikes from the hotel.
