Dificuldade de acender a lareira e a TV estava fora do ar

Excelente atenção, funcionários e donos super atenciosos, muito bom café da manhã, cama muito confortável, roupa de cama aquece maravilhosamente, lareira funcionando, ambiente muito agradável.

Pra encher a hidro com água quente custa muito.

A cabana era muito aconchegante, roupas de cama e ambiente muito limpo. O lugar é incrível! A hidromassagem com vista para a natureza.

Tivemos apenas um pequeno incidente de passar o sábado sem água quente, o que impossibilitou a utilização da hidromassagem e banho quente , foi resolvido no domingo pela manhã, e o motivo estava sem gás.

We loved the charmingly furbished and decorated chalet (Bromelias) with whirlpool, chimney, sauna and beautiful view from terrace over the lovely garden. We felt very welcome by Sabrina and her team. She was very responsive and helpful with all queries we had, from sending us the actual google maps location pin for easy navigation to the pousada to advising us on hikes (we recommend Pedra Selada and 9 cachoeiras) and restaurants in the area. Be aware google maps is with a flaw: if you put the name of the pousada into google maps, the google maps navigation guides you to a different place, roughly an hour of the actual pousada. This flaw is due to the fact that the pousada's address contains the name of Resende to which it belongs to, but which is far off the actual location. Call the pousada and ask Sabrina to send the real location pin.

My stay at Pousada Recanto do Pinheirão was nothing short of idyllic. The pousada's location along the Rio Perto River provided breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The soothing sound of the river flowing gently was the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing getaway. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The fireplace was a cozy touch, especially since the temperature dropped at night. I also enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a delightful way to start each day. I particularly enjoyed taking an early morning walk along the river as the sun was rising and accessing local trails and waterfalls was easy. I was able to fully immerse myself in the natural beauty of the region. The pousada's location offered a peaceful retreat while still having easy access to restaurants and shops. If you're seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat in Visconde de Mauá, I highly recommend Pousada Recanto do Pinheirão. The combination of stunning scenery, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made my stay truly unforgettable.

Everything about my stay was fantastic, from the welcoming host and the great location to the beautiful natural surroundings. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be coming back.
