O café da manhã de boa qualidade e o quarto confortável

Acesso muito ruim para idosos, que era o caso da minha mãe, muitas escadas e nenhuma opção para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, deveriam ter colocado na descrição. O acesso dos carros para os quartos mais abaixo é bem ruim, carros grandes não fazem a curva e tem que descer com as bagagens a pé, em dia de chuva fica ruim, para subir de tiver muita chuva fico na dúvida de subir. Outra coisa que tivemos dificuldade foi quanto a temperatura do chuveiro, ou super quente ou frio demais, difícil de regular e quase nada de água, solicitei o conserto e não foi feito.
