You can hear the people walking above you if you're in the second floor.

They have accommodated my early check in request. Moreover, check in and check out was pretty smooth.

There is no staff available to make any requests.

The Inn is cosy and there’s plenty of signage inside to help you find places and discover things in the Passage. My room had a fairly decent sized fridge and a kettle. Some teas and instant coffee were provided but, no sugar/creamers.

The walls are pretty thin so, I had to wear earplugs. Not only for street noise but also my next door neighbours. The furniture is tired and linens cheap.

The view. The cleanliness. Quiet. Close to so many things.

A couple of plastic deck chairs, but maybe it was to early for that.

Very comfortable, well appointed room with great views. Easy parking. Did not meet any staff as it was self check in during March. Would have stayed longer if the room had been available

Would have preferred to have breakfast available on site but kettle and fridge in the room so managed
