Great location, amazing rooftop patio with a great view of the harbor. A very convenient location in a historic part of the city. Marilyn the house keeper was extremely helpful.

Missing toilet seat in one of the shared bathrooms. Bathrooms are very small. This is a party section of the city, my noise canceling headphones came in handy.

The BEST location ever. Right in the middle of everything!

The room was as expected for a casa in cartagena. The only complaint is the room smelled of mildew and there was visible mildew on the bathroom walls.

The bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning which was amazing. Location was great, though it was loud but I think that's just Colombia in general

There was no staff around. Seen someone briefly at check in and at check out but otherwise no sign of them. All the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and there was no one around to ask

Location was good although noisy in the evening.

Our room didn’t have a window, but instead had a hole in the wall into the street (with no glass), our room was opposite potentially the noisiest bar in Cartagena and also above the hotels bar next door. Seems like very poor planning, As you can imagine we got bit by many insects due to this but there weee also a disgusting amount of ants in the room. Bathroom was dirty, as was the whole room. Hairs in the supposed clean bed. Check in process was beyond weird, we arrived at the time stated to check in. No-one was there, a random woman finally came into the hotel (there was also no sign outside) and was on the phone for about 20 mins before she finally showed us to our room. Not ideal at all.

The location is wonderful, yes maybe a little loud but that's the point of the Getsemani area. The room was comfortable and the terrace was really nice

As with most properties in Colombia, a hot shower would make it perfect

Location, nobody bother you once i your room.

I feel owner was a bit detached of her duties. The lock in the bathroom broke and my friend and I we paid for unlock the door to the locksmith.

The location was fabulous and as you can see in the pictures it is in a very pretty Instagram worthy place. The room was great and comfortable- the shared bathrooms are small but mostly clean. The water pressure is good but it is cool (not really cold) which was fine as it was so hot.

It is very loud from 9-1am. Parties every night in the bar next door and really loud music which I didn’t mind as I like that Colombian/reggaeton music and can fall asleep anyway. I didn’t like being in the kitchen - it feels like it is their kitchen and you shouldn’t be in there really. I’m not sure if this is true though. Wasn’t very clean and the pan cupboard was hard to open.
