le plus gros problème avec l'auberge, il néglige de me faire parvenir ma facture pour le séjour. On a aucun moyen de les contacter, le seul n° de tel qu'on nous donne est 418-697-0222. aucune réponse Même le email: info@aubergesaguenay.com ne retourne pas ma demande

This property delivered on all posted information and the room was very clean. Overall this is a reall hidden gem. However the biggest disapointed comes to the kitchen and service. The lack of options for dinner (3), missing staples items like white wine, no beer, no bottle water and food to be desirable ( one day great, the next day passable). Also for the our room, we did have AC, however it was prop up of the floor right by the patio door, which could not be fully close. Fixing those little things would go a long way, certainly for the price.

Paid for Deluxe Chamber... so when enter the suite... don't look than a Deluxe. Very small chamber and balcony, without TV and table.

The room literally smelled of sewage. When I reported this to the person at the reception, he came down and I had the feeling he was trying to downplay the issue. He then started wondering what could be done to fix the odour, all I could suggest is to contact a plumber. Room was rented at a high price for what it would have been, minus the odour. Only managed to sleep for a few hours. Tried to obtain a refund for the second night but got the runaround. Definitely do not recommend.

The receptionist was a super nice guy and very welcoming. Very personal and we had a great conversation about the history of Montreal, Quebec City, and Saguenay. He also had great suggestions on what to do in and around La Baie. What a beautiful, quiet place to stay. I would definitely stay again!!

Nous n'y sommes pas allés. Nous sommes facturés. Notre expérience avec vous EXPEDIA et ce commerçant est totalement désagréable et inacceptable. Des rappels téléphoniques d'une longueur inadmissible et un résultat frustrant. PLUS JAMAIS NOUS NE FERONS AFFAIRES AVEC VOUS.

Nous avions le chalet de l’auberge Très pratique, vue extraordinaire. Un peu dispendieux pour deux personnes mais parfait pour 3 à 5personnes. Cuisine bien équipée mais oubliez la tv! Mais on est pas là pour ça 😁

Dommage que sur le site, il est indiqué 3 personnes pour la chambre alors que la chambre en accepte 2 (chambre n ayant pas de vue sur le fjord) On nous a changé de chambre avec vue sur Fjord que nous avons payé en plus 25 dollars hors taxe Tres bon petit dejeuner Tres jolie vue

La chambre et salle de bain propre Par contre le canapé lit n avait pas été fait pour notre petit fils avant notre arrivée Il y a une odeur dans la chambre Les extérieurs sont dangereux, c est un hotel à flan de falaise et les escaliers,terrasses bois sont abîmés
