Location

The beds were very uncomfortable and sagging (too soft). We took a family room and there wasn't even a sofa or armchair to sit on, just the bed. The air conditioner was very noisy (over heating) and the noise from the pub downstairs didn't stop until midnight (the windows weren't soundproofed).
