Localização.

Zero bom gosto. Portão e portas barulhentos. Banheiro muito pequeno, chuveiro em cima da privada, água sem caída para o ralo. Após o banho ou vc pega um rodo, pano e seca ou não tem como utilizar. Não recomendo.
