Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, propre Très bien placé à 10-15min à pied du centre de Panglao pour toutes les activités, restaurants ou plage Piscine très bien avec transat, eau chaude et propre Eau chaude Climatisation (elle était bruyante donc on l’a éteint pour dormir mais il faisait pas trop chaud) Personnel très gentil

Le petit déjeuner a le mérite d’exister mais il pourrait être amélioré ! 1 seul choix : riz, œuf et tranche de viande

Around the corner from TAG airport and Alona Beach, the most famous beach in the PH, there is a well hidden gem, an efficiently run, very quiet hotel with the lowest price ($11 off-season) in all of Panglao with the name of GREENFIELD TOURIST INN. It is off the road leading to the airport and therefore very peaceful. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds have extraordinary thick matrasses that offer you a deep deserved sleep after a very long flight. From the balcony you oversee the pool which is right next to the breakfast bar. Breakfast is served all day with a variety of choices but all at a very low price, extremely delicious and served with a smile. The area is safe and secure away from the traffic. There are many eateries within walking distance. The hotel has a van service which takes you anywhere at a minimal cost. The hotel can also provide you with car rental agencies equally at amazing low cost for one day or one week, amazingly with insurance included. They drop your rental vehicle off at the hotel grounds (see photo). I stayed here through Christmas 2024 and the grounds were wonderfully illuminated in celebration of the holiday. During my vacation, I rented a van (see photo) and enjoyed the freedom of movement around the island to go and visit the Chocolate Hills, amongst others. Only Booking.com does the hotel reservations. Because of the enormous effort the staff put in to make you feel welcome at the prices they charge, this hotel should be rated a sixth star!

It was close to a nicer area.

We arrived at night, we were put in the oldest rooms farm away from the main part of the property, the lock on the door did not work. My sheet had obvious liquid marks on it, not stains but not clean, the floor was dirty with hair and dirt. The property would not compensate us for the dirty room and would not send someone to clean it until morning.

It met my expectations (all that you can see on the pictures reflects the reality well). The staff was helpful.

Some of the air conditioners are quite noisy, unfortunately we had a room with a such one. It would be great to have a drying rack in rooms (or in front of ground level rooms).
