Doors were producing too much noise

Good little bar with three pool tables which are hired by the hour (200 PHP) and you can reserve in advance. Good selection of drinks and the staff are friendly and efficient. A good option to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the seafront.

Disadvantage: - Air condition not working good, so they provided a van to improve cooling. - Water supply is weak. - No regular room service. Advantage: - Location is good. - Staff are good.

Great location

Was not too clean. Hair and moldy shower

The room offers all the comforts and more. Air-conditioning, hot water in the shower, safe, daily bottle of water, kettle, coffee and creamer, TV, body soap and shampoo dispensers, ... The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. It is quite noisy till late night in the weekend because of the live music event hosted by the bar present in the facility (only on Friday night) and also in the early morning (7:00 am) because of the staff speaking, singing, and laughing very loudly in the corridor. Bring earplugs and the problem is solved. The food offered at the front restaurant was very good.and was served quickly. Reading the reviews I was a bit worried, but, from my side I can recommend this hotel. Concerning the aunt's problem expressed by other guests, I have to say that if you leave open food, it is normal that aunts will arrive quickly, so just be clean and use common sense. The hotel also has a late check out option for max 2 extra hours at 100PHP per hour, if the room is available. It also offers a scooter rental service. Billiards are available at the bar for a charge.

Relative distance to the beach. My room was pretty quiet.

I have no complaints

A fairly broad menu and the drinks are cold. There is no inside seating. It is all outdoors however they do have several pool tables under cover. The food is good, at least what I sampled. Just know that you will most likely be pestered by street vendors walking through attempting to sell their trinkets. A decent place to sit down a bit off the beach and relax.

Close to everything: restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach.

I had the room just up the stairs from the restaurant/bar, and on the first night, there was quite a party and therefore a lot of noise until about midnight/1am..
