"Perfectly located hotel"

The hotel is stunning and is a throw back to the decadent days of the 18th century. Alessia was an amazing host and couldn't do enough for us. She really made our stay special. The hotel is perfectly located within the town, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops.

The stairs. It says 3 flights on the website but it is actually 6 set of stairs. Also, as we were out of season the hotel bar was not open which was a shame.

I had an unforgettable stay. The hotel staff helped me in this. A special thanks to Alessia for organizing the surprise for my wife (flowers, mood and a delicious breakfast), well done! We were surprised by the design and the attention to detail with which the numbers in the hotel are arranged. something special. I urge everyone to discover this wonderful location…

"As close to perfection as you will find"

Everything. I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world and in my humble opinion, this is one of the finest. The attention to detail is exceptional, investment has been substantial, and the welcome and service is authentic as is possible to find. We will return without any doubt. The bed linen is finest quality, guest amenities are high end. Breakfast was just lovely, in such a nice setting. This was a fleeting visit, next time will be a much longer weekend. I hadn’t appreciated that Desenzano was such a lovely place. Overall, this beautiful 5 bedroom luxury boutique hotel is highly recommended

Yes, it is a historic building without an elevator, but seriously, anyone trying to install one would be mad, it would totally destroy the character of the building. The staircase is beautiful in itself, take it easy and enjoy the artifacts along the way. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t adore about this hotel.

"A Gem in lake Garda"

Loved every minute I spent in the hotel, the room ,the food and the staff ,Alecia was an amazing host and made us feel like we are home. Thank you we had a wonderful time
