camera decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative e non coerente con le foto pubblicate. nel bagno terra un tappeto sporco e assenza di bidet. colazione non disponibile. prezzo del tutto non in linea con il servizio e la qualità della camera.

We booked and paid long in advance the biggest room for 3 nights, but upon arrival we were placed in a typical small double room without any explanation. When we asked why they gave us a wrong room, the cold explanation of the host was that one guest, who was staying in a big room before us, simply didn't want to check-out and the hotel couldn't do anything about it, there were no apologies from the host, it just sounded like a normal thing. So we had to stay the 1st night in this small room, and we never even received any refund for the price difference. We travel a lot around the world, this was the worst guests reception experience we ever had.
