Please note that after 2PM will be available only a self check-in and the property will contact the guest in private with all instructions. SUMMER PACKAGE, From 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2025, the room price includes a half-day excursion by dinghy to the La Maddalena Archipelago and a day of loan for use of a scooter (excluding fuel), for a maximum of 2 people. For the half-day excursion, people exceeding two will have a supplement to be calculated based on the current price list of the excursions. The vehicles are subject to availability, therefore we recommend booking them at the same time as booking the room. RECEPTION HOURS: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (staff present) Casa Ilva uses the Vikey portal for online check-in to streamline your wait and allow you to access the facility at any time starting at 1:00 PM. ROOMS ARE GUARANTEED starting at 1:00 PM. Casa Ilva has chosen Vikey to manage your check-in: this must be completed before your arrival at the property. To complete your online check-in, click on the link you receive. It will only take a couple of minutes, during which you will be asked to send some information to your host. Please remember that completing the check-in is a legal requirement. We wish you a pleasant stay! For any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact your host. Ottima posizione nel centro de La Maddalena, a poca distanza da servizi essenziali come farmacia, ristoranti, bar e parcheggi gratuiti (noi abbiamo optato per il vicino porto). L'appartamento era ampio, pulito e silenzioso, letto confortevole e bagno spazioso. Chiaro e senza intoppi il sistema di self check-in.

L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare riguarda il condizionatore: essendo molto rumoroso, risulta difficile tenerlo acceso quando si riposa. Per il resto, un'ottima struttura che consiglierei senza esitazione.

"Top Ausgangslage um La Maddalena zu erkunden!"

- Lage top: mitten in der Altstadt, und trotzdem ruhig (im Oktober) - super Frühstück: herzhaft und/oder süß, frisch zubereitet von ganz liebem Personal! - Möglichkeit, einen Roller direkt vor Ort für einen Tag zu mieten - riesiges Apartment (hätten wir gar nicht gebraucht), alles sauber

- Das Bettgestell war zur Fußseite hin mit einem "Rahmen" begrenzt - bei 1.90 m Größe wurde es dadurch an den Füßen etwas eng - Bei Buchung über Booking wurde uns ganz klar angezeigt, dass eine Tages-Roller-Miete und/oder ein halbtägiger Bootsausflug inkludiert wäre - tatsächlich muss man sich durch die Seite der Unterkunft suchen, um festzustellen, dass dieses Angebot nur in den Sommermonaten, nicht aber mehr im Oktober gilt. Sollte dann auch so auf Booking eingestellt werden, damit man damit nicht in die Irre geführt wird! (Wir haben dann für 30€ einen Roller für einen Tag gemietet, was auch okay war, und würden die Unterkunft auch wieder wählen.)

Lokalizacja,czystość oraz bardzo pomocna obsługa

Sypialnia bardzo ciemna z małym oknem po otwarciu czuć zapachy z kuchni ,brak podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni.Zdjecia ze strony przekłamane niektóre i mam odczucie że klient po pełnym sezonie jest gorszym klientem patrząc na zdjęcia na stronie.

Wir waren Ende Oktober da, sodass wir die einzigen Gäste gewesen wären. Somit wurden wir gefragt, ob wir in das andere Hotel von Ihnen gehen würden, was ein Upgrade wäre. Das war es auch. Wir hatten super viel Platz, schöne Lage, tolle Terrasse, leckeres Frühstück. Danke, dass uns das Angebot gemacht wurde.
