Please note that after 2PM will be available only a self check-in and the property will contact the guest in private with all instructions. SUMMER PACKAGE, From 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2025, the room price includes a half-day excursion by dinghy to the La Maddalena Archipelago and a day of loan for use of a scooter (excluding fuel), for a maximum of 2 people. For the half-day excursion, people exceeding two will have a supplement to be calculated based on the current price list of the excursions. The vehicles are subject to availability, therefore we recommend booking them at the same time as booking the room. RECEPTION HOURS: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (staff present) Casa Ilva uses the Vikey portal for online check-in to streamline your wait and allow you to access the facility at any time starting at 1:00 PM. ROOMS ARE GUARANTEED starting at 1:00 PM. Casa Ilva has chosen Vikey to manage your check-in: this must be completed before your arrival at the property. To complete your online check-in, click on the link you receive. It will only take a couple of minutes, during which you will be asked to send some information to your host. Please remember that completing the check-in is a legal requirement. We wish you a pleasant stay! For any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact your host. Suite très spacieuse avec une terrasse vue mer ! Le lit est très confortable ! Petite attention avec une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo, appréciable ! Super petit déjeuner en buffet très varié et frais ! Appartement très bien situé mais légèrement bruyant le samedi soir

Perfetto. Appartamento grande, pulito e ristrutturato, con angolo cottura. Nel pieno centro. Compresa nel prezzo era prevista (previa prenotazione) escursione in gommone di 4h nell'arcipelago della maddalena. Colazione molto abbondante e buona. Consigliatissimo

La ubicación es fantástica y el apartamento es muy bonito. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente,muy bueno y el paseo en lancha por las islas es alucinante.Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia. Repetiríamos, sin duda.

Idealna lokalizacja- blisko portu, przystanku autobusowego, restauracji i głównych punktów miasta. Pyszne śniadania. Widok z tarasu zapierał dech w piersiach. Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne i znacznie większe niż wydaje się na zdjęciach. Było wszystko czego potrzeba.
