DABA Mini Hotel

The hotel is very clean and the owner is helpful.

The room I chose had an inside bathroom. The room I stayed in had an outside bathroom.

La comodità di accesso in autonomia, la vicinanza al centro raggiungibile a piedi...per chi ama camminare, parcheggio a pagamento poco distante. Possibilità di usare una piccola cucina (comune).

Poca insonorizzazione tra le stanze. (a disposizione però tappi per le orecchie!)

Clean, easy to access and has everything available for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the kitchenette facilities and free coffee/tea & kettle provided. The hotel is literally “mini” as it’s a single floor of a bigger building, but it makes it very cozy and I felt safe as a solo traveller.

My room windows were facing the busy street, it was sort of hard to fall asleep sometimes even past midnight due to cars/motorcycles/people/general noise. For heavy sleepers it won’t be an issue though.

It's a nice clean room. We got better room with private bathroom internal. There is a mini kitchen with free treats

It's very noisy outside. Still, we knew it before coming.

I was planning to spend most of the daytime outdoors or in our friend's apartment, so I only needed this room for nighttime. The room was clean and had everything mentioned in description. Pretty good beds. Personal bathroom with the key was 5 steps away from the room. I have not seen or heard any other people and felt very safe and comfortable using this bathroom.

This is a noisy street, just keep in mind. No A/C.

Nice ,clean place close to Downtown

Great location, everything is clean, beautiful.

It's just a shame that there is no parking and you have to worry about it and pay extra. And the bathroom could be in the room itself, because you still have to walk through the corridor. everything else is very good:)

Information for the self check in was shared on time and clearly. The room is spacious and comfortable with clean bedsheets and pillows. They have a small table fan that saved my sleeping hours because it was ready warm outside and you can't open the windows due to the intense street noise.

There is no indication outside and I took some time to identify the right building. They are located on the second floor of a residential building (no elevator), and it is not clear from outside. The toilet is outside the room, but private. However, it deserves a better cleaning as the shower drain was blocked and the exhaustion system dirty.
