USThe location due to it's proximity to everything. The grounds of the property are kept clean and all plants and decorations are beautiful. Our "apartment " had everything we needed.
Unfortunately, the location right on the malecon becomes the route for locals to ride in their cars/trucks with windows open and music blaring. This goes on for hours. So, VERY NOISY!!
