Nice place far from the mess - it's a bit isolated so go there if you are looking for a quite place for relax and beach, but not for nightlife. The owner is very easy going, friendly and welcoming and this is a real plus. There is a shared kitchen with all the basics for cooking and a fridge.

the forniture and the door in the kitchen need some maintenance, especially the mosquito net which is important. The road to reach it is a white road that could be a problem in case of heavy rain.

Mancanza acqua calda.....strada per raggiungere la struttura in pessime condizioni.

Hygiene. Keuken niet hygienisch. Geen warm water en geen warme douche.

Creo que es importante apuntar que a mi y a mi familia nos gusta acampar (hay mucha gente que no lo disfruta), entonces, para nosotros estuvo sumamente cómodo, mucho más cómodo que acampar, pero, si tu no disfrutas lo rústico, no creo que sea un lugar para ti. Este es un lugar tranquilo, para no salir, me encantó la tranquilidad del lugar, para mi fue lo mejor. Hay una cocinita compartida muy rústica pero perfecta para hacerte tu café o alimentos sencillos.

Todo estuvo bien, el baño estuvo mojado desde que llegamos, no logré identificar si fue porque lo limpiaron y no secaron bien o si tenían una fuga, como sólo nos quedamos una noche, no pude darme cuenta, pero eso fue la único que observé que me incomodaba =)

La cocina súper bien equipada. La vista al mar increíble. El personal muy amable. En la casa sólo se oye el ruido de las olas del mar. La casa está cerca de una playa súper bonita y sin gente.

This is a poorly maintained family home (where the host resides with his family) located at the end of a very difficult series of “roads.” A large construction project with cranes and excavators blocks the route from town, and although workers allowed us to pass through after we explained where we were headed, our rental car was damaged in the process. Then there is a narrow, winding track of sand, barely wide enough for a single car despite being designated as a two-way “road.” None of this was evident from the map provided on Booking. Despite these obstacles, we continued on, hoping for a pleasant, relaxing last-night in Mexico, but instead found substandard accommodations that did not justify the hotel-level rate we were charged. In addition, the owner’s decision to question my honesty when I showed him the damage to the car convinced me not to remain at the property. If you are considering this place, I encourage you to read the positive reviews carefully, as I wish I had, since even they mention significant issues with the property (lack of cleanliness, no hot water, poor mattresses, etc.).

The location was beautiful, with breathtaking views from the sliding door, both at night and in the morning. Leaving the door open at night lets the soothing sounds of the ocean come inside, making it even more special. The sunrise in the morning was stunning, and I loved watching it as the waves crashed. I will definitely stay again!

My flight was delayed, and I arrived at night, making the drive somewhat confusing, though not difficult.

Lovely rustic beach-house-type hotel right on the beach! Very tranquil location, minimalist-style rooms (loved), clean kitchen, super nice host, and a few friendly dogs. BRING FOOD and DRINKS! The access road is poor, so taxis charge a lot for the short ride from town (10 minutes or so) = 250-300 pesos each way. Other than that, you're basically in paradise for a very reasonable rate.
