Staf peramah dan baik hati. Bilik hotel bersih. Lokasi hanya bersebelahan dgn Speedmart, senang nak cari keperluan. Kolej Matrikulasi Melaka pun dekat sangat. Tmpt makan pun banyak. Pantai berdekatan - Pengkalan Balak..ada ikan bakar dll.

Sepatutnya disediakan 4 cawan/mug utk 4 org tetamu.
