Book online,reach hotel no room available hahahaha nonsense..... asking to pay more for another room,or go another hotel..fight2 with the owner at last give family room.cmon la people travel from far don't do this to your customer!

The location is good. It is located near the attractions of the city mainly Kuantan Tower and Kuantan Street Art.

There's no parking and there should be a sign saying the road beside the hotel leads to a dead end.

Just the locatioon

The staff, they did pre-reserve the room because I saw they already prepare our card room. Instead of giving what I booked which is double single bed room, they just give me a double bed room. She told me she upgraded to King Bed. When i arrived at the room it’s only queen bed. She lied! I dont have the energy or any hustle to go down and have any arguments & ended up to just accept the room
