Yes i like because near at town. Can go walk² eat wind. And when night. The gate and door always close. Feel more secure.

Facilities look at old but all function. Can upgrade slowly.

Everything is good.

Maybe can provide hairdryer 😊

The amount of mold in this hotel room was unbelievable. See attached pictures of the room and the corridor outside. It was impossible to have the AC on, because the air it blew on our faces smelled so badly of mold that it made us feel sick immediately. When we woke up after the night, we very clearly felt the effects of the mold. Congestion, itchy throat etc. The cleaning was also very poor. Lots of hair in the bathroom, grease on the mirrors and power buttons. The hotel has potential with its location, but it DESPERATELY needs renovating and mold sanitizing. At the current state, it is a health hazard.

It is the hotel nearest to Wisma Sayan mall and despite in the city center, the rates are very affordable

The room definitely looks old and in need to maintenance. Ex: air con swing vent spoilt, hot water flask leaking etc

Convenient location, a few coffee shops and a bakery in the same low-rise block and a helpful lady owner.

As in older hotels, rooms are in need of a major spruced up.
