The room is clean, bed is comfortable, duvet is thick, air conditioner is excellent, toiletries are sufficient, staff is friendly & knowledgable about the place, location is near the jetty.

Water pressure isn’t very strong (but can still shower comfortably), walls a bit thin (can hear people talking, walking & dogs barking).

We got upgraded and Mango Pudding as a welcome gift!

Unfortunately, no water dispenser available. Flooring on the balkony is always wet/soggy.

"Semporna is a necessary evil"

If you're in Semporna, you're probably on your way to a dive location or running out the no fly clock on the way out. Ang Lee's is a good place to do both with spacious comfortable rooms. If you're in Semporna for any other reason, or feel the need to stay longer than a night, seek professional help.
