"In overall its ok as most of the time we are out"

Very near to the seaside, fnbs' are just within the walking distance

My room A/C which is at Batik 4, is not controllable, not sure if the unit or the remote is faulty. Luckily, the temp is tolerable. Same goes with the TV. So while resting in the rm, i just play with my phone
