The location. It is in front of the sea. When you open the door you will see the beach. There is a small restaurant next to the Inn selling local Terengganu food.

"Basic necessities. Air conditioning, bathroom functional. Low cost."

The staff are absolutely awesome. This would be the only thing that entice me to stay there again.

The property is need of a full overhaul … ceiling plaster is falling, taps are dripping. The electric shower is askew. Extreme maintenance needed.
