Amazingly accommodating family business with an incredible view of the Danube valley. The cycle climb is exhilarating and well worth the effort. Such a cute place inside and out.

The bathroom was not inside the room but that was OK !

The location was interesting, out in the middle of the Austrian countryside. Breakfast was good, the beds were comfy.

The owner was quite intense, emphasized I was lucky because she was about to leave for the night, though I was there before closing. Hustled me out of the room at 10:15, though I was one of the only guests, and asked me if I needed another 10 minutes during breakfast after I told her I'd be on a work call. Also, I found a used band-aid in the shower soap dish, and there was no soap of any kind in the room.

From the moment we arrived, the owner/family was welcoming with drinks. This is truly an exceptional place. We were on bikes, and they had secure parking, and the meals were terrific. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed several nights. The views are incredible, and the rooms were large, clean with traditional Austrian furniture.

There is nothing to dislike.

Limited choice of dinner and breakfast. No muesli or cereal - left-over bread for breakfast.

Lovely traditional family run hotel with very friendly staff, quiet town for a good nights sleep, secure location for our bicycles, great evening meal and breakfast, worked very well for our overnight stay whilst cycling R Danube.

Wi-Fi reception a bit hit and miss on the site which we could normally live with but when cycling and booking accommodation en route was a little inconvenient.
