For a budget hotel, the price and facilities are very very reasonable. Friendly staff although check in at night because of travelling. Basic accommodation but very neat, clean, just nice 👍🙂

Poor, no one to help carry luggage. There was no internet connection, we could not work, and drinking water was not provided. No lift. No parking space. No telephone line in the room. There was no breakfast provided. Only one staff working.

Could you provide a parking area for the customer? Hopefully, they will have a lift for older adults to use. To have an internet line to do work. Could you provide breakfast and at least a drinking water bottle in the room?
