Stations Inn

The accommodation was huge, plenty of room in the main living area and bathroom, with a superb outlook over the garden towards the ranges, with a patio overlooking the cows and alpacas in a paddock too.Everything was spotlessly clean and the addition of the lock up bike shed for our e-bikes was very handy, knowing they were safe and being charged overnight.

Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open when we were there, which was one of the main reasons we picked it, as after a hard day on our bikes and out sightseeing we wanted to just stay on the premises without having to drive anywhere. We can totally understand it not being open, as it was a bit out of season and very quiet, but sad we never got to experience it.

It’s a quiet little place off the beaten path with a beautiful rural countryside view. Each unit has a little deck to enjoy the outside. We had a nice little picnic & enjoyed a beautiful sunset each night.

The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The garden area, the silence :)

A small thing: I would replace the shiny, a bit rough bed cover with something soft and made of natural fabric.
